  I loved the beautiful view from our hotel room. And our room was absolutely amazing. The washroom was just to die for!

  I don't like the fact that none of the rooms have a mini kitchen in it, i would love to have the option to have a kitchen. And it is kind of far from everything else being on the side.

  We loved the beach! We enjoyed the ambience of the hotel. Dinning Was exceptional. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and knowledgable of the area and the current activities and sights to see!! Amazing experience so much so that we are planning to return again middle of June for a few days!!

  The pool was very small, no hot tub nor sauna. They charged for room service plus gratuities. The building is looking rundown & you have to walk outside to the underground garage.

  I loved the location. I am an avid walker so I loved how it's situated a llittle bit away from all the action of downtown, and loved the little walkway along the water.

  I was sorry there was no hot tub by the pool, no gift shop, and that the spa treatments were in room only - would never do that.

  Disappointed in the beds, thought that they were far too hard, that alone would preclude me from staying with you again. Although the bathroom was the clean, the main bedroom/living area could have done with a good dusting..

  Good location overlooking the harbour. Short walk to Fisherman's Wharf and the centre of Victoria. Modern decor, comfortable room with lounge area, sofa and chairs. Friendly, helpful staff. Patio dining area offers scenic views.

  Did not offer a breakfast buffet. Restaurant meals expensive.

  We had a very nice room on a corner overlooking the bay. It was quiet and private. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We went Aura restaurant for brunch and it was very good food, nicely presented and the staff were extremely pleasant and attentive. Very nice experience overall and would go back again.

  The fitness room is a little small - could be twice the size at least. Luckily, I was the only one in there at the time.

  Everything was super. We went to Victoria for our 45th wedding anniversary and were definitely not disappointed with our decision to celebrate at the Inn at Laurel Point!

  Comfortable bed and room. Nice views. Beautiful gardens. Pleasant staff. Balcony. Large bathroom.

  Small shower stall. Low lighting in bathroom. No magnifying/shaving mirror. Soap/shampoo/body lotion containers and contents; lotion was poor quality, all the containers required too much pressure to access product. Could hear music (bass, mostly) from prom celebration on lobby level in our 3rd floor room.
